Background of the Study
The conflict in northeastern Nigeria has led to a significant rise in the number of internally displaced persons (IDPs), with Borno State being the epicenter of this crisis. Maiduguri LGA, the state capital, is home to thousands of displaced people who rely on government assistance and humanitarian aid for survival. Statement of the Problem

3. H₀: There are no significant challenges in the governmental accounting practices for managing IDP funding in Maiduguri LGA.
